Honest question: Why did Fox seem to show Oregon coach every other play but Riley..............

I don't remember them showing more than a handful of times. Not a huge deal I guess but it sure couldn't hurt to have recruits and their families that are watching the game be able to see how well Coach Riley treats our players on the sidelines. He is so supportive to the players even after they make a mistake. It would project on screen as to what kind of man he is and coach he is and again it sure couldn't hurt having moms and dads and their sons who are being recruited be able to see that throughout the game. Just a thought.

Oregon coach being the new guy and all, plus, let's face it, the Ducks were just cruising on offense in the first half, so all the attention goes towards the hot teams coach. Riley laughing on the sideline in the 4th quarter was a good shot, he was having fun.

Riley is always having "fun"! I've never heard a football coach say that word more often in interviews than Mike Riley! I'm waiting for the day when he just starts singing the Mr Rogers "It's A wonderful day in the neighborhood" song mid-interview.
