They are who they are. They don’t excel at anything in particular and are fairly average. Still pretty remarkable that they are where they are in the standings.

There was a noticeable drop in team energy at the end of January IMO. Not sure if we ran out of gas or if we just decided we had done enough.
As the season has gone on, this team has become harder and harder to watch
I should've known better than to watch this much of the game tonight. They almost looked as disinterested as I am in Mississippi State sports.
We’re just doing our part to help the SEC get as many teams in the tournament as we can. Gave Oklahoma a big win, now giving Texas a quad 1 win. Next is Arkansas, although we’ll be out of the NET top 30 by Saturday, so it will only be a quad 2 win for them.

More active sequence there and getting out and running more. Get the ball to the basket before Texas can get their bigs set up.
I hate the foul to stop a layup. I wish they wouldn’t call those fouls. We had a breakaway dunk and instead the call a touch foul on Kugal before he could make the pass.
I don’t understand how that’s not an intentional foul there. That’s two this game that they’ve gotten away with. The earlier one I can understand not calling. That one though clearly should have been.
Tre Johnson with a ridiculous three that might be the dagger. Melendez couldn’t play defense any better and just buried a corner three. That’s why he’s going to be a lottery pick.
This and the OU game are two really rough losses heading into selection season. After this one, I think a 7 seed has become best case scenario

This is bad and embarrassing. Complete shitshow losing this game at home. Just pack it in. This is zero fun anymore. Hugely disappointing.
