I’m beginning to think that our team would in fact not be better off without Hubbard

There aren’t many like him in college ball
He is an excellent player. And we would not be better off without him- anyone that has a basic understanding of the game knows that. He is a leader and I am continually happy hat he bailed on Ole Miss almost 3 years ago.

But the guy only shot 32% from the field today. 10 for 31. And he was 35% from deep...which is his average.
Thankfully he got to the line a ton and helped offset the terrible shooting.

A semblance of balance is good when it comes to the fawning over his game.

Getting beat by MSU, especially at home, can be a career-ender for a coach, as has been shown in the past. Sorta surprised the guy still has a job today.
Um...are you unaware of who Sean Miller is?
Also, he is in his first year at Texas.

Also also, countless coaches have lost to MSU on their home court without being fired.

What are you even talking about here?

His rope is probably a little longer than three months.

Miller is a good coach and Jans should put a feather in his cap for going into his home court and snatching a win. Miller told his players that he really really wanted to win his 1st conference home opener.

Never heard of him. Until now.
To follow up with @DawgatAuburn
and tagging @olblue too...

Dude never even heard of Sean Miller. He clearly had no idea its Miller's first year there. There was 0 sarcasm in his initial post- it was a mix of ignorance and sincerity.

This isnt actually important to follow up on- I just chuckled when I saw his response because of the comments last night of 'but its Rocketdawg' and 'that did indeed give me pause'. That was a funny and honest interaction to read last night.

They both miss a lot of things.
I was happy to see a game that, even though we had a few bone head basketball IQ moments, the other team had more.

For the first time I can remember, we fouled out their leading scorer. What a concept.
