Her son clearly needs a better role model than that.

That shampoo bottle is not going to be effective in combat. Any mother worthy of a child would have properly trained him to run to the hardware / sporting goods (whichever is closest) aisle immediately upon being confronted with a Walmart fisticuffs situation.

It's time to take out the trash.

On a side note, that little boy doesn't stand a chance in life. The circle of life.

I had to wonder why NOBODY tried to break it up? I think I would have been in the middle.

I guess I am pretty conservative, but my opinion is that if you are riding a motorized cart, you should be in a shape that would keep you from considering getting off it and fighting. What trash, and the sad part is that the young boy is probably already influenced beyond hope.

I wanted to kick the kid in his face.

Does this make me a bad person?

And anybody who fights in public, nah, eff that, anyone who is older than 17 who fights in general is usually trashy and has no shame.

Wow. I guess you left KY because you think you are better than those of us who stayed. You sir are a pompous POS. Yep, there is more than one kind of trash. Trash like we just saw on the video and trash that thinks they are better than everybody else. It's not just in KY though, it is everywhere. This video was actually taken in Indiana not KY. I bet you think you are smarter than the average Kentuckian as well. Not so much, you have already demonstrated your intellect in the above post. smh

A couple of recations. First off why is a vid of two women fighting in Walmart on Kentucky Sports Radio's site? Truely must be a slow time of year. And clearly that one gal is just too darn lazy to apparently even walk. She sure got off that thing pretty quick when she wanted to. Or as aother poster noted falsely claiming some disability. Every place has it's good and bad, but I don't think I've ever seen a person on one of those things in this town. I'm not saying that aren't people who really need them, but she sure didn't look like one of them.

Admittedly they are all trash in the video but I gotta say the kid was trying to help his mom out which is what I would want my kid to do. I don't blame the bystanders for not stepping in to that white trash tangle they would probably just be subject to a lawsuit that I'm sure these woman who don't work and see the ambulance chaser attorney commercials while watching daytime TV...

The guy recording it is almost as bad. To not help in that situation is just cowardly. That entire family(mom, kid and Dad to that monster)is a disgrace to the human race.

As someone mentioned above...putting your hands on someone, no matter how noble the cause, is risking a potential lawsuit in the world we live in now. Do you want either of these trailer rats trying to take your money?

This isn't an attacker / victim situation, which would most certainly be different. This is two shitrats brawling in a Walmart.

Just let the forces of nature handle it. Watch to make sure the kid isn't being harmed (physically) and call security / the cops.

First thought... where the hell is the Walmart security staff? If you try to steal something they will be there in a second, or at least call the cops and then get into a brawl in the parking lot, but if you're fighting in the store then they don't care?

Also, the best description of that kid "Shampoo Samurai." Cracked me up.

I don't see why it is so bad that the guy recorded it and didn't step in. The two rednecks were fighting. What is there to help? They were kind of mostly just laying on each other breathing heavily. I think the little kid threw more punches than both of them combined. I would be mad at the guy recording if one of them was beating the other into a pulp, but the only dangerous parts of that fight were someone slipping on the shampoo floor, getting soap in their eyes, and being out of breath without their inhalers close by. Not a whole lot to really "help" with.

What do the board lawyers say? Help out or stay out of it?

If someone gets hurt, could they sue saying you watched someone get the crap beat out of them and didn't intervene? I'm going to say no, unless you are a police officer or a teacher at school etc. you probably are never legally "forced" to help in a physical altercation.

Unless this is a Seinfeld episode you're not getting sued for not helping.

BTW, apparently Wal Mart's policy is to not intervene in physical encounters and to wait for cops. Wal Mart said they escorted those two ladies out but they're welcome back.

Wal Mart is the headquarters for the trash of society.

Here is a quote from the mother of the boy.
He's a little crazy kid. I mean, he's just one that I don't ever have to worry about him being bullied in high school," Stephenson told WZPL. "My son is a straight-A student, he's been on the honor roll all year, his kindergarten year, he is the teacher's pet. He's in a Christian private school. My son is raised perfectly right."

He must go to school with the Duggers.

Disagree with her. His attitude is going to get him beat up regularly unless he learns from the first 200 beatings.
