Okay I'm sure that people on here are gonna get a little hot about this but I SURE hope Mulle/Koening don't do what I think they are going to do. If Tyler plays alot we pretty much are more of a passing team and we ACTUALLY play to TSUN's strength. If you look at EVERY game the Bear's have had this year including Arky, when teams have tried to pass frequently the game is actually closer than expected. Early this year when Arky played the bears, it was a TIGHT game until Arky decided to run the ball. Fresno lost because they tried to throw it, the Georgia game was tight till Crowell decided to run all over them. The 3 worst loses this year were LSU (run oriented), Bama (run oriented) and Vandy (spread run oriented). If Relf's not gonna do be himself and run hard then he needs to sit down. And I hate to say it but we need to turn to Dylan with his mini Relf/Tebow zone read packages to hurt them. They are a terrible football team yes but, they are still FASTER than we are. We need to (like we have the last 2 years) out "physical" them at the line of scrimmage. Don't buy into this 17.5 pt spread crap! They're gonna be fired up as hell until we start to pound on them. I hope Mullen understands if Relf isn't going to contribute he needs to sit his *** down and let Favre get his zone read package snaps. Just sayin'!

I don't think they will be fired up but if they are it's because they think they can keep State from becoming Bowl Eligible. I say our guys will be just as fired up to get bowl Eligible. So that is a wash. They are really bad. They have given up. You could just see it Saturday night. They will come to starkville and go through the motions of playing the game. Far asthey are concern, the seasons over and they are waiting to see who their next coach is going to be. That's about it.As far as the fools gold, Mullen and staff are capable of viewing game film. Just my opinion.</p>
I would think that Petrino & arky as as good of a staff as we do if not better & they decided to "just run their offense" against them & it almost bit them in the butt. Had they not switched to the run in the 2nd half it could've gotten really hairy for the hogs. I'm just sayin' if we've become more of a passing team since last year. If we stay w/ that it could get bad. The one thing they have over us is speed. They have alot of young guys on defense. Thay means they aren't as strong as our kids. We've gotta make them pay for putting such young guys in & how you do that is make them HAVE to tackle a Ballard or Griffin in a small window. Use our strength as a strength. That's all I saying. If we come out & start slinging the ball around its not gonna work against them.
