He said he was only involved in the process of possibly bringing Cam to MSU for money. 2 questions can then come from that.

1) Is there another person like Kenny involved in this situation that attempted to get Cam to Auburn?

2) If so, then why the hell is this person not coming forward?

With the 2nd question, if a person is found to be involved in being a middleman between Cecil and Auburn, that person could be in a ton of trouble. If they came forward now, would they be saving themselves at all?

Just thought about this and wondered what others had to say.

That Cecil and someone from Auburn dealt with each other directly. Auburn probably has quite a few alumni in Atlanta and the school is on the Georgia border after all.

Especially if Cecil realized- "if I can handle this myself, I don't have to pay anyone their cut".

Why in the world would Cecil in all his brilliant decision making abilities, would he choose to bring in a different person. I am suprised he brought in Kenny. The less people that know, the less people that can turn on you the second the FBI gets involved.

- Rodgers probably ran his mouth claiming connections to MSU he obviously didn't have. Cecil bought it and trusted him to get the deal done.

- Cecil didn't think he would have to get something from Auburn. He thought Rodgers would deliver on MSU paying him.

- When MSU fell through and Rodgers was exposed, Cecil cut him out of round 2. Cecil probably said, "I'll handle this myself and get the deal done."
