..more like OCD. However, I did love to mess with some of the sheeple over there when it came to playing USM in Jackson. Today? No way. Memorial Stadium is a dump, and it'd take about $100 million just to bring it up to the quality of VH, Scott field, and even M. M. Roberts.

As for in-State schools, I say we play Jackson State, Alcorn, and MS Valley on a rotating basis as first game of the year. Should be an easy win (notice I say "should"), keep money in-State, generating interest in an otherwise low-revenue Division I-AA game, and we get to watch the bands at halftime (memo to MState band-when their bands are scheduled to play, keep your "Tribute to Cole Porter" down to just the short version of "Rhapsody in Blue").</p>
