SO SO stoked !! House or cards season 5 will be available on Netflix tonight at midnight !

Probably my favorite show right now. Last seasons finale was incredible (Claire breaking the 4th wall)


So excited to see what's in store for this season (and hopefully a few more )

Any other house of cards fans ?

I'm a fan although I don't remember much from last season as it seems it was about 5 years ago. Netflix is on my **** list with that awful ending to Bloodline and I'm not keeping my subscription just for TPB so HoC better bring it this season.

Haven't watched season 3 of bloodline ... so no spoilers lol

Almost finished with season 3. It's well worth watching.

I thought this season was okay. I'd probably rank the seasons 1, 2, 4, 5, 3.

I never liked Tom, so I'm glad to see him gone. The stuff with Conway was good.

Season 6 has potential if they make Frank and Claire adversaries.

I really liked this season . I love house of cards tho lol

I think next season could work brilliantly as Claire and frank trying to bring the other down etc ...

And then I think it'll end with season 7, when they realize they "need each other " and they form an alliance and somehow like remain in power / powerful and influential in some capacity for years to come OR they both get caught , everything tumbled down and they go to jail/ die / commit suicide

(Just a theory lol )

Kevin spacey and robin wright have been brilliant every single season. So talented

Kyle chandlers performance this season (specifically) in Bloodline was pretty incredible as well

It got good and then was blah and the ending was solid. Frank needs to take down Claire and marry reinactor guy imo

I agree about Bloodline. Wtf were they thinking. I do remember hearing how it was originally supposed to be 4-5 seasons, so maybe Netflix pulled the plug early and they didn't get to finish.

While this is true, they knew season three was going to be the end, so while plans changed, they had the opportunity to wrap it up better than they did.

Definitely. No excuse. Season 3 overall was really good and had me nervous the whole time. But the ending was just stupid.

Sidenote: My daughter was an extra on this season of HOC. Appears as a protestor in front of the White House chanting "Not our President" and was also in the Season 5 trailer. At one point, Kevin Spacey walked right behind her speaking directly to the camera while she is chanting.

Worked 12 hours in the cold *** weather to film the scenes, made $150 or so. Also said Robin Wright was very nice and professional, while Spacey, OTOH, was a total A hole, would not make eye contact with any of the lowly extras. Chewed out the director in front of everyone, then cursed at the extras for missing a cue. Real class act.

By the way, if any TV exec is reading this, she did not violate her agreement and would not tell us what the scene was about or what she did until after the show aired. [thumb2]

That bothered me a bit too. At the very least he could have dragged the process out for a while. He talks about having more power outside of the presidency, but they never go into want that means (even Claire is confused). I guess the writers have a year to try to figure it out.

Watched it when it first came out and then gave it up and have binge watched it the past couple weeks. I'm half way through season 5 now and am not even sure if I will finish it. It has got drawn out and stupid. Mostly drawn out. The election being drawn out from the middle of season 4 into the middle of season 5 has gotten really boring.
