Rooker has turned into a helluva MLB hitter. He's eligible for arbitration next year so hopefully he can get himself a contract worthy of his production.
He was a late bloomer but when he bloomed he really bloomed. People forget he redshirted his first year and then didn’t produce much as a RS freshman.
That and he had to get to a spot where he could get regular playing time. He has always been a guy that benefits from getting in a rhythm.
