How are Friday or Saturday games decided? Where will final 4 games be played?

1.) In NC all games are played on Fridays so surprised to see some Saturday day games scheduled for this weekend in VA.

2.) Where will final 4 games be played? At higher seed or somewhere else? Will final 4 games be on Saturday or Friday...I know Holston vs Galax was on a Friday last year but the rest were on Saturday?

I may be wrong, but day and time is up to the home team in the first 3 rounds. Semi-finals and state championship is on a Saturday.

In Region A the championship game has been on Saturday afternoons for years and years. The primary reason was to accommodate scouting but that reason is pretty much out of the window nowadays. I believe if both schools agree to play on Friday it is switch to then. I know that's what happened in the spring when West Point and Central played.
