#16 vs a non ranked team? There aren't many hugematch upsin week 3, but Idefinitelywould have thought #6 texas at ttech (7 pm abc game) or #9 iowa at #24 arizona (9:30 espn after auburn game) would have been better picks. Also, the first 3 weeks will have been in ATL, Tuscaloosa, and now Auburn.<div>
</div><div>If we would have won, would our game have been moved to ESPN and used for gameday site? I doubt it since they have already done 1 LSU game</div>

After a stellar week of match-ups last week (on paper, not many turned out that good. MD/Mich ended up being best game) there is not much to choose from this week. Us and LSU would be a good one. Fla/TN maybe, if FLA St. would have shown up, them against BYU would have been good.

I think the only game that matches two top 25 teams is Iowa verses Arizona. It is probably the weakest slate of games for the entire year.

also going to be the ESPN 3D game of the week. Musberger and Herbstreit move to ESPN for this game with the switch with Nessler and Blackledge (Notre Dame-Mich. State).

I was shocked when I heard this. I don't think anyone here saw it coming. Most people's reaction is just like mine......"For Clemson???"

This part was pretty interesting:

<span style="font-weight: normal;">"He (Riggs) brought some old
Auburn practice uniforms with him (orange jerseys and navy jerseys)
that, because of washboard washings, were no longer navy and orange, but
looked more purple and orange. He also brought the name, "tigers" with
him, and named his brand new football team the Clemson Tigers.</span></p>

<span style="font-weight: normal;">He chose orange as the dominant
color, because those jerseys weren't quite as faded as the navy ones.
And from that time forward, Walter M. Riggs has been known as the
"father of Clemson Football."</span></p>
