I drove through Wilmer many times from Vegas to relatives homes in LA, so this is related to State. Wilmer, the infamous speed trap town.

Used to go through Wilmer to and from home in LA when I was at MSU. Terrible speed trap - used to have a big sign at Snuffy Smif's general store saying as much. Got a ticket there late one night - just glad that's all I got in Wilmer that night.Crazy horse 17ers.
