How do I get a recruit exposure?

I have an old friend from Arkansas who has a kid that is a senior. I'm afraid he is getting overlooked because he is at a small school out of state. He really likes MSU because he is going to major in an agriculture type major. He is 6-7' and 350 he plays OT and OG.
Freeze is recruiting him. LSU has visited. Though he really likes State because of major and parents who were alumni.

There are only 4 guys around these measurements 247 is showing with UM interest, 3 of which MSU is also on the radar.

Call me now. I’m Coach34. I’ll work hard to get you the opportunity you deserve. I once coached some sport or other back in junior high school. I have the connections needed to get you into a football camp at MSU, sight unseen, regardless of whether you’re worth a **** at football. One call, that’s all.

Kids name is Garret Green his is at Christian Brothers High School in Memphis. CLASS of 2014. Yes you heard me right he is 6-7 350 and a JUNIOR in high school. May get another inch or two out of him before hi graduates. Dad said they have mailed, emailed, or contacted Felker somehow but no response.

Has anyone asked the question of whether or not he's any good? That might be one reason he's not being looked at hard. Not trying to be harsh, but does he dominate like a guy that size should?

Don't EVER rely on Rocky Felker for anything when it comes to recruiting. Had my experiences with him when I was coaching in Memphis HS. Piece of lazy turd would never even talk to our HC or come in to watch practice or view film.....but the Nix brothers were there once a week or so and would spend a couple hours talking to coaches, players, and viewing film with our HC. I love MSU but Felker is not up to te task of being on a college staff or in the new recruiting positions the NCAA is allowing for schools now. Send your friends son to camps. Best way to ever get noticed.

Exactly. I think this is one of Mullen's biggest liabilities on his staff. The guy just don't have it. It's time for him to retire or move to the bulldog club fundraising (I don't think he could even do this).

I've said as much in the past. I think pressure(politics) has been exerted on Mullen to retain Felker. Felker has sucked the MSU tit for a long time.

Well as I have told players before with moms that just won't let go " son it's time to pull the teet out of your mouth "

Hell, near half the highlights on the jumbotron before games are of Rocky.

In high school I really wanted to be a manager at State and Mike Justice sent him an email for me and no response.

I salute Felker for being one of the best QB's in school history and i also respect him for getting **** on as a head coach and STILL being loyal to MSU... But he hasn't done anything for MSU other than "be there". Give his job to Sallach or something and go get some 30 year old who is good with paper work and has a good personality and have him recruit.
