How long, and how far is the bus trip for Haysi to Essex?

Guess it depends on where the game is actually gonna be played but I'd say just guessing at least 6 or 7 hours

This has got to be the longest trip in this year's playoffs.

It roughly 6 1/2 hours away so over 7 by bus. It's the longest trip this year by far, the longest trip was in 78 when Clintwood played Onancock for State that trip is over 8 hours today.

And yet even being that far away they will bring tons and tons of fans. Always loved the support SWVA shows its sports teams and throughout the years whether it be football or basketball the people of far SWVA have been some of the nicest people I've ever met and I'm sure the people of Haysi will be the same way

Haysi Fans

When Altavista travelled to Haysi last year, the people were incredible. Make no mistake about it, they were loud for their Tigers, but they were friendly, gracious, and welcoming.

Yeah, it's going to be quite a hike, even if it's in King William or King George. Safe travel to all the Haysi fans. Should be one heck of a game.

Unless something changes I've heard the game won't be played at King William. Was really hoping it was but doesn't look that way.

I'm hearing game is prob going to be played in Middlesex unless something else is said!! Idk just what I heard I hope for in kW or middlesex
