How is that play even reviewable?

I think they changed the rule this year to where, if it's obvious, they can still overturn it. The touchdown wouldn't have stood, but they would have brought it back to the place of the INT

Clay J is right, they changed the rule this year. Even when they rule it an incomplete pass, such as when a QB is hit as he's throwing and they call it incomplete, they can still rule it a fumble and a turnover if it was obvious that the D got on it quickly

How you don't overrule the call on the field is beyond me. I can understand the return not standing due to the play being whistled dead. But, the ball CLEARLY never hit the ground. If refs want to puss out on reversing calls, they might as well do away with the system and go the old fashioned route.
