How long does it usually take for the BC to answer emails?

Isent themquestion about transferring an account in between family members yesterday afternoon, but still haven't heard anything back. It looks like they are filling ticket orders today, so I may be getting kicked down the priority list.

I'll pose my question to the board then- it says that accounts can be transferred one time between imediate family members. Could a grandparent pass their account on to a grandkid? I'm trying to move my grandma's account to me because she doesn't have a use for it anymore and we didn't want all her points to go to waste. Since I'm a recent grad, it would give me a leg up in my ticket priority instead of having to start from scratch.

Would it be better to email one of the people listed under the BC (Bart Gregory, Mike Richey, ect)?

I sent a 'To Who It May Concern' type e-mail to the BDC e-mail addy last week and recieved a reply the next day. I was requesting a parking lot change and they informed me I'm on the list - whatever that means.

If you are trying to get your grandmas BDC points/account transfered to youthen SHE should be the one to make that request. That may be part of your problem, the BDC isn't just going to transfer another persons points/account to your name without that persons consent. Get dear ol grandma to give em a call.

Hesent me aDM and told me to email him. Everything was taken care of within a few minutes. I assume that generic email is the last to get checked, so send stuff directly to someone in the BC and they'll take care of it.

of years (not a lot of money). I then quit donating and never heard from them. They just don't seem to care...no follow up or anything. It happened more than once...maybe they just don't like me.

I checked about a year ago and was told that I could transfer my points to one of my children. Would think that a grandchild would work the same. Cannot transfer baseball seats though.
