Would be best if he did redshirt and learn and work hardWasn't he expecting to be going to the draft early, that would have been after the 2026 season. Now he will be redshirting or maybe just be the backup, and needing to play 2027 just to prove he is a 1st or 2nd day pick.
Mmm I’m not sure that game against Indiana helped his draft status. As a Raiders fan:
- Thank God for Jaxson Dart helping lock us in to the first pick.
- Jets fans are in shambles
- Raiola is really going to go from a starting as a P4 QB to riding bench? I guess he’ll get to wear 400,000 different uniform combos.
- Moore was projected to go 2 overall in this draft. Next year’s draft for QBs looks brutal…He could fall out of the top 5. I’m shocked he didn’t want to lock in a top 2 spot.
Should have done that from the jump but here we are.Would be best if he did redshirt and learn and work hard
Don't really follow it but maybe he didn't like the teams that were projected to take him.As a Raiders fan:

Someone should get in his ear and let him know that where he’s being projected to go is going to be a bottom tier team… it’s how the draft works.Don't really follow it but maybe he didn't like the teams that were projected to take him.
His dad has a lot of connections in the NFL and with NFL qbs. For Dylan's sake I hope they got together and realized he has a ton of flaws in his game. Lets be honest. He wasn't coached up at NU, some of that the fault of the Raiola's but he didn't improve in his one and half years. I am sure Oregon pointed out the **** coaching he got, put the responsibility on the Nebraska staff, and told Dylan he would be NFL ready with a year to rebuild his body and get real coaching from a real staff. And if Dante gets hurt, Dylan could lead a team to the playoffs. And after it all, still have at least two years to play at Oregon in beautiful weather, and beautiful sights, with a chance to win. And, with Nike, they might just have enough money to get close to what Nebraska gave him, so he wouldn't feel he lost financial opportunities. Dylan's stocked dropped a lot due to his time in Nebraska.Wasn't he expecting to be going to the draft early, that would have been after the 2026 season. UNLV spent on former 5 Star/ Oklahoma and Auburn starter Jackson ArnoldI hear UNLV needs a qb
Looking at the portal rankings and the recruting rankings, and the fact that we just signed a HS kid @ QB that’s going to make the teams life insurance premiums triple, I’d say Matt wss spot on when he said we’d spend just as much as everyone… but he meant next year. It’s always next yearRumor was/is that there were two deals
1. A deal if Moore returned
2. A deal if Moore left
Sounds like the Ducks were playing chess and knew what they were doing to lock up Dylan.
Meanwhile Rhule locked up a ND backup that never visited and decided to go to Kentucky. After courting the MSU QB that no one wanted...
With that said, I do like who Rhule ended up getting at QB. But I also like hearing my keyboard make those clicking sounds so I typed out a lot more.

He also spends a lot of time with Jeff Christiansen. His dad has a lot of connections in the NFL and with NFL qbs. Holy hell. No wonder he's staying. NIL is out of control.
Heard Raiola is getting 2 mil. Not bad for a backup. But less than he thought he would get when he left.
His inaccuracy in the vertical passing game with his receivers was one of the bigger disappointments for me. His HS highlight reel was filled with long TD passes, but he rarely could make those throws at NU. His statistical "long" TD passes this season were basically screen passes that Hunter took to the house. Will be interesting to see if Oregon can coach up his accuracy. Maybe more confidence in his Oline will help.He also spends a lot of time with Jeff Christiansen.
Raiola's stocked dropped because he didn't elevate the players around him.

So has Dylan actually signed a deal or could he still be shopping himself to Miami? Doesn’t Miami still need a QB?He also spends a lot of time with Jeff Christiansen.

Ironically, the 4 star local kid they signed in December has already entered the portal.I have no beef with Raiola. Just wasn’t a fit.
But I am glad he is not being guaranteed a starting job in 26, leading the team out of the tunnel, things like that. I remember the chatter about him flipping to Nebraska because the QB situation at Georgia wasn’t what he expected when he committed to them.
I have no idea how much of the rumors are true or not true, it just seems like he and his dad are pains in the butt. I would love to know what Oregon’s QB room looks like. With Moore coming back for ’26, what if Oregon brings in a new five-star QB this December? Will he bail again? His track record suggests the answer would be yes.
I don’t root bad on the kid, I root for him to face the realities of competition for once it seems.
I am making a safe assumption that his plan was to be a starting QB for a P4 team. And not just some bottom feeder P4 team. Otherwise why leave Nebraska. The going rate for a QB being wooed from the portal in that position is easily more than that. Especially if you have some upside tape. Therefore, his plan included making more than that...how do you know what he thought he'd get?
