So, I don't attend near as many as I want to make.. When I was able to, I made all of the home games and usually 2 road games a year. This year I was lucky enough to get to the Memphis game and the @LSU game. That's the most I've been able to attend since 2007.

Been one of those type of fall seasons where I haven't had to work on Saturday much at all. Usually get to come to about 3 or 4 games at the most.

although I did miss Alcorn this year. I will skip a CUSA or FCS game if something comes up. I am trying to move into the category of "at least one road game". UM game this year will actually be the first State road game I've been to, but $65 to sit in the end zone has mesecond-guessing whether I should've gotten those tickets. Hope to go to Athens next year.

I guess it does help that my parents have a house there now though. Don't think I could justify that ride if they didn't.

I live 10 hours away and have 3 kids under 5 years old at home and am in the midst of starting a business. Don't have the money (right now) to drive 20 hours round trip every weekend and pop for a hotel for 2 nights.

Last game I got to see in person was the Henig 6 picks to LSU debacle. Prior to that was the raping by WVU at Scott Field. Hmmm, maybe I'm bad luck & should stay away from Scott Field.

Hopefully this will continue next year if my buddies aren't pusses like they were this year for away games... Athens, Auburn, Memphis and UAB are all easy next year. Lexington and Fayetteville are the only difficult ones to make.

Since graduating, I've been to games at Bama, Cotton Bowl, BYU, Oregon, LSU, and Ga Tech. Only been to one home game (BYU) and have only seen us win once.

and the only reason that I wouldn't go is because of work. I do attend some road games with vh- he's like Cal Ripken, and I'm Billy Ripken.

I would love to go to all of the games one year, but that's just really tough to do when you work every other weekend and honestly, I'm really fortunate that they let me leave early on Sat. to go to games- so long as it is a night game and I get my work done.

I coach high school football on the coast. It makes for some late Friday night drives from time to time. I go to all home games and several away games a year. I agree that going to road games should count for BC points.<div>

</div><div>I drove to Houston and enjoyed every second of it. Also went to the Texans game the next day. Had a guy next to me keep screaming "Eli has AIDS." He was gone by half time..</div>

to do with my free time. When I was in school we won and I didn't know any better. At least it is getting interesting again. The past two years have been more fun than the previous 8 combined.

I go to all the home games and usually make a couple away games. When I graduate, I'll probably make one or two home games, go to an away game, and go to a bowl whenever possible. I'll probably go to thehome games that coincide with basketball games. Also, after watching us play Southeast Louisiana, Jackson State, and Alcorn State, I decided those 17ing games aren't worth going to unless I'm in town anyway.

For years it was too far away. Past several years it's been either working on Saturday or not enough cash flow (usually both). Next year should be different, with a new (decently-paying) job, good location to travel from, and off on weekends.

and to the road games that are within driving distance. I live in Georgia about 5-1/2 hours from campus. Auburn and Athens are the closest 2away game sites and Columbia, SC is the next closest. I am jealous of those who live within easy driving distanceof campus and are able to tailgate around the junction for hours before game time.

I attend all home games and some on the road. Went to LSU, probably going to Bama and will be at the Egg. I have a 14 yearold that she and I are picking a road trip each year that she has not made and taking that trip. This year was her first trip to LSU....what felt like my 99th time! Next year is UGA.

Anyway, the sad part....I am ashamed to admit I have missed only 1 home game since freshman year 1987. I missed the home opener in 1995 due to a 17ing wedding. I know what you are thinking..."My god...he suffered through EVERY game during the Croom era". You are right..but while I wanted to stay home so bad, I decided Croom had taken so much from me but I'll be damned if I was going to let that fat lazy bastard take my streak!

So...guess where I will be Saturday! Section 104.

...every home game and at least two road games every year. I used to do all of them, vhdawg style, but I just couldn't justify sustaining that level of commitment during the Croom error.

When did the streak start? What was your favorite away experience? I don't know you, but you sir, are a good bulldog.

The Streak started with the game after @BYU in 2000. He would probably say his favorite away game experience was Oregon. Honorable mentions would be Florida this year (win + Satchel's), Kentucky last year (Ted DiBiase + deer), Florida in '01 (shot glass explosion).

We'll just have to see if The Streak continues through this season.

AA - oh by the way, not VHDawg, just Eddie Murray ($1 to Todd4State)
