but at the same time, I think we have some young players that are overall more talented than the seniors that we have now. What they need is experience- that is where the concern comes in.
I think the good news is we're probably not going to have to start a whole lot of true freshmen either, though. We have a lot of guys that will be taking over that have at least gotten some at bats this year and will go off to a summer league and get some more experience and then will come back in the fall. Norris, Frazier, Bradford, Stark, and Renfroe have all gotten some SEC starts. We return Brownlee. We'll see what the two JUCO catchers bring to the table next year- one was drafted by the Marlins out of high school. I think Demarcus Henderson and Wes Rea have a lot of promise as well.
The other good news is I expect our pitching to be very strong next year. We likely return our entire rotation next year- two of which will be going to the Cape Cod League next year in Stratton and Routt. And we return Caleb Reed as well, our current pitchers will be that much better next year, and we will also be adding some more good arms to our staff as well.
