How much attention does this win garner for Mullen this year?

It was an acceptable year. This win definitely make the season an okay start. I do wish the recognition of this form for the 2 QB system was practiced a little earlier. I don't see either QB as a full time starter, but as was posted earlier this season, the last two games are the first time the full power of that system was used. If Relf is in short yardage and goal line during LSU, we probably win.

On CBS they just mentioned that this win could get Mullen some COTY consideration. That also leads to offers.

So Thanks Dan Mullen for providing some hope for Bulldog fans all over.

we have anything to worry about. However if he challenges for the West then he will catch some eyes. For a losing year this has been fun.

..and while obviously the trophy will go to whoever wins in Atlanta, the win today was verification for a lot of folks who thought Mullen had us headed in the right direction.

When you've got Notre Dame talking about buying Bob Stoops away from Oklahoma or Urban Meyer away from Florida or even a few years ago with the Les Miles to Michigan talk when LSU was heading to the BCS Championship game. Nothing will stop the big schools from getting a coach they want.

another three to five years. If he likes Starkville, he may stay. If he has an ego (he does) he may not stay, and if we offer him annual salary of two to three mil (which we can) it won't make a difference...if he doesn't want to stay or his wife doesn't' want to stay.
