It always makes me laugh so hard when these types of “valuations” are assigned to college football programs.

The reality is that every single one of them is operating deep in the red if you account for all the true costs of operating them….a large portion of which are totally off the books. Therefore, none of them are worth shít….in the sense that an pro sports franchise or something like that would be.

The study, conducted by Ryan Brewer, an associate professor of finance at IU Columbus, calculated a program’s total value by taking a look at top-line revenues, growth and drivers of cash flow. The resulting number is supposed to be what the program would go for in the hypothetical event of a sale.
At 33rd in the country, Indiana’s adjusted annual value comes out to $386,000,000. That puts it above programs like Colorado, North Carolina, Miami FL, South Carolina, Louisville and even rival Purdue, whose adjusted annual value in the study is $279,000,000.

Oh look another simpleton looks for a post or article that paints Mississippi State in a negative light… also, let’s be sure that it’s entirely made up but that doesn’t matter.
Then let’s take said made up negative article and post it… and post it in a Mississippi state fan message board!
Some of y’all are just emasculated and ignorant. Why be fans if all your gonna do is run down the program

@85Bears is a joke, but this post of yours is insane.
You are complaining that he is making MSU look bad when the thread is about the claimed value of college football programs. He didn't opine on where MSU is within the list...he just posted an article's claims.

Settle the 17 down.
