None because they're are plenty of great coaches out there. Some are just hidden under rocks. Find them

I think you want to have 1-2 more good options than schools you're competing against, but the most important thing is your degree of hopelessness with your current staff.

At this point, neither variable should be relevant for us because Arnett’s staff isn’t building anything or even treading water. The program is unraveling week by week, and the longer this staff sticks around, the smaller that ball of yarn becomes.
