How often does a non-national seeded team win the CWS?

Could very well happen this year. Only two seeded teams left, but I would think it would be fairly rare for a non-seed to win.

Not rare at all really.
2012 - Arizona
2010 - South Carolina
2008 - Fresno St(did not host in any round -- 4 seed)
2007 - Oregon St(was a regional 3 seed but hosted a super)
2006 - Oregon St
2005 - Texas
2004 - Cal State Fullerton(regional 2 seed but hosted a super)
