Just 3 years ago - our whole athletic department had momentum around December 2010.
Baseball - although success had yet to come - we got the coach we wanted. There was still speculation but 3 years ago we ended up making a super regional.
Basketball - going into the season - everyone thought we were a sure fire tournament team. We were at one point 19-5?? (can't remember) and a top 15 ranked team. Then the bottom falls out.
Football - we are coming off our first 9+ win season in 11 years. Mullen is rolling. We got high profile recruits (CJ Johnson, Whitehead, etc) committed.
Fast forward 3 years later...
Football - we are talking about firing our coach after 3 straight bowl appearances.
Basketball - looks like another year where we will be lucky to fill a roster with scholarship players.
Baseball - rocking and rolling like no other.
It's like it's 1985 all over aGAIN.
