When Rivals converted to the new message boards they came with new tools and features including an easy way to embed social media posts. For those who don't know, here is how it works:
To embed a tweet on to the board, copy the tweet’s URL.
Then click the media icon (see arrow)
Then paste the Tweet's URL in the space provided
Click the embedd button at the bottom of the window and the Tweet is embedded
