I had high expectations after watching the Tour de France on Peacock this summer. I was sorely disappointed. There was constant buffering and I was kicked out of the app four times. Once out, there was no way to go back in where I left off. It was either pick it up live or guess where I was kicked out. It was a very frustrating experience.

I could not get sound on those calling the game. I had crowd noise and the sideline reporter but not game call. Halftime only one of the three had sound! Listened to PSU game call.

Got kicked out once but otherwise fine. I watch it all the time for premier league and Tour de France, and other cycling tours. It’s great.

4 times for me too. 3 early on and one late in the game

We have fiber optic wifi and a new TCL Google TV and it is seamless. The ‘cock also shows full game replays. There is a great series to catch before you cancel too: Poker Face, watch it!

Was fine for the most part but between 5-10 times the picture became blurrier than analog — but luckily became clear again fairly quickly.

Just curious. For those that were having issues. Who is your internet provider?
Blue Ridge..
Ulimited data...What a joke. The streaming service seems to penalize the subscriber with unlimited data package.

I had a ton of problems too…would buffer then go back and replay the previous five seconds or so. It only happened once in the first half but multiple times in the second half.

Any problems with streaming are last mile problems. Bad, slow or intermittent internet service and/or bad home networking.
I don’t have problems with any of my other multiple streaming services.

The amount of bandwidth is irrelevant if you have an older “smart” tv which may not have a processor sufficient enough to handle a live stream. And/or if your tv is located in an area of the house where WiFi is spotty. This was my issue with my basement tv as we don’t have a repeater for our gig service.

I watched on my iPad in a hotel room. Picture and sound were fine, but I had trouble fast forwarding and rewinding. Both were slow and I got kicked out a couple of times when I did either. Ultimately, I couldn’t finish the game in the fourth quarter.

I’ve been getting the ‘cock with xfinity for years. Yesterday’s experience was good expect for one time in the 2nd half when it crashed. Regular TV came back on, but I was able to restart the app and get the game back on immediately.

No issues on AT&T Fiber via Fire stick. My LG smart tv can't stream games through Peacock app for some reason, but Firestick has no issues

I'm on babysitting duty this weekend so I had to watch a replay Saturday night. No problems except I couldn't fast forward through the commercials. Annoying. No problems viewing it via my cheap Roku.

I got a 3 month plan for $2.50 per month. I might keep it. My wife likes some of the movies and right now my granddaughter is watching a kid's movie. I also watched a nice documentary on Oppenheimer.

So, since I don't have any other problems with my 6 other streaming apps, why would my program go back 5 seconds about 10x in the last 15 minutes of the game with Peacock? And only Peacock ?

I have Xfinity cable and it worked fine with two different TVs using two different Roku devices, no buffering or drops. I had First World Problems due to my OCD leading me to try to get both TVs to show the game totally in time with each other. I spent a little too much time pausing one or the other in an attempt to sync them. Every commercial break would "unsync" them, often times the two TVs were showing different commercials. I am glad we won't have to watch any more games on Peacock!
