Springers will have their way with the Lancers this year. It looks like HS will have a very strong run game along with a good pass game. The Springers defense appears to be stifling.

Springers should win this one pretty easy.

I think HSHS will have a below average passing attack this year but the run game will be very impressive to go with what should be another strong defense.

For some reason, Chesterfield schools, where the game is being played, does not allow streaming I was told by the athletic Director at Highland Springs

New coach at Manchester,but HS is loaded too. They are currently #2 in D6.

Honestly I think it is a little of both. I think the Springers held back a little bit on offense with Phoebus on hand... didn't want to show all their cards. Lancers defense played well in the first half but the offense is what worries me going forward. Did not appear to have the same pizzazz as previous seasons but whether that is more a reflection of the Springers defense or new OC at Manchester and obviously HC. Next game will tell us a lot about Manchester... based on what I saw last night I would say 6-4 is not out of the question.
