HSHS vs Woodside

Nobody's talking about this game. Woodside being a Class 6 2nd or 3rd round playoff team last year, had no answer for The Springers offense! Screaming to a 41-0 lead with under a minute to halftime (41-6 H), HS manhandled the Wolverines with a balanced Pass/rush offensive onslaught and a smothering defense and made them look confused. HS played the 2nd and 3rd teams the entire 2nd half to a final score of 47-12
Anybody else see this game? Thoughts?

One thing is for sure. Other than me, there aren't many Springer fans on VaPreps anymore. When VaPreps changed their format from Region to Region, a lot of people including a big group of MY friends from HS dropped out. They just don't like the way it is now....

This game would have been huge but Woodside **** the bed the week before.

Regardless, HSHS drubbed Woodside and it could have been worse than it was. Bottom line is if your not an elite team you have no chance whatsoever of beating the Springers!

Nobody here is surprised by the Springers especially after a close loss in game 1. In my opinion facing an 0-1 Springer team is a Catch-22 situation. You hope the loss means they are down, but you know they will be extra motivated in week 2.

I'm still friends with most of them, but they"ve lost interest.

Cozz doesn't even come to the games anymore! Got a new girl "again"! That must be better than Friday night football... Eastend Legend flat out, not interested! This new set up bores him. Not paying to be involved.

I saw Tony and some of his "old heads" possee at the game Friday night! Greg Taylor, Gordon Craig, Dave Griffith. We was all cuttin' up there! Good times!
