I find it interesting that Mark Hudsepth has become the fans savior of the program. On paper he would be a good hire but I think a lot of the Hud talk is reactionary to Ole Miss and Auburn.
5 years ago the rumors were people like Chris Petersen. Hot coaches with a hell of a track record. Now we have narrowed the next coach down to one name and I honestly think it has more to do with Ole Miss and Auburn coaching hires than Hud's resume.
For the record, I think Mullen has earned some more time but that is not to say we should not be critical and being up these topics. This is a discussion forum after all
