AJ Ogilvy declared for the draft. Two shockers from this:
[list type=decimal][*]How in the hell is this guy a junior? It seems like he has been at Vandy for 15 years.[*]Does he really think he is a first round draft pick?

It seems like he has been there forever because he has been playing full games since his first game there. Hell, he averaged 17ppg as a freshman and has only gone down since then. He actually averaged less minutes this year than his freshman year too.
He has played in 96 games already...that is full career for most college players.
Damn, 1468 points in his career already?

He really is one of those rare players that comes into college, produces at a very high level, and never improves.

Its not like coming back for their senior season will actually improve his stock. NBA has plenty of film on him, and he isn't getting much better.<div>
</div><div>Might as well get paid for playing at this point whether overseas or in the NBA/D-League.</div><div>
</div><div>I think Varnado made a mistake in not leaving last year, because the draft was weaker last year and this year I think there is no chance he is a first rounder, though last year he might of slipped in due to the weakness of the draft.</div>

Lets assume he isn't close to getting a degree. Of course if he is close to getting a degree he has a reason to return, but if he doesn't, what does another year of jacking up three's prove to NBA people? Nothing, he isn't an NBA player. Now he could maybe make some money in Europe, but Im not sure he is even good enough for Europe, but if he is going to give it a shot, he might as well not log another year of miles on his body.<div>
</div><div>Terrico is a rare case where I think he should come back, because I don't think he has reached his potential, and his potential is a lot greater than most players that haven't reached theirs.</div><div>
</div><div>Now if he has another year like this past one, then he has hurt himself by coming back, but if he has a solid year and actually looks like he wants to compete, then he could be a top 20 pick.</div>

There's no way he'd be a 1st rounder this year, and it's likely he wouldn't be drafted at all. He should have probably gone pro after last season. He may have really 17ed up by coming back for this year, but now he doesn't have much choice other than to come back for next year.

If Warren stays, Terrico will not be the sole centerpiece of the offense until 2012. It Warren goes, it's the Terrico show, and he can improve his stock.
