That's not what the University (not Oxford) police officer said. He said that someone was hit but HE didn't know who hit him. His statement implies that UPD didn't even ask any witnesses who hit him.

Plaintiff claims he was knocked out having seizures for 20 minutes and off to hospital. He wouldn't have been able to comment or wouldn't have been reliable to base an investigation on.

That is correct. It's understandable that nobody at the party could identify the two large African-American perpetrators, one being the most recognizable football player on defense at the time, who was recently elected to the ALL-SEC and Freshman All-American teams, and his brother, rated the No.1 college football prospect, who signed his national letter of intent on ESPN ten days prior.**
