“with a 10-for-15 performance with a home run and pair of RBIs in the last four games - including back-to-back 3-for-4 days at No. 5 Florida.”

Seems like Hunter would be logical choice for the CL’s college ‘Hitter of the Week.’ Not so fast … the sports ‘brain-trust’ of Hugh Kellenberger, Brandon Marcello and Travis Downey think that Tanner Mathis’ 4 for 12 outing over next to last place UT is much more deserving.

Do they just pull a name out of a bag or what?

Renfroe is finally confident, and it is all clicking for him(finally). This is his potential that some of us have been talking about(and others gone to great lengths to dismiss.)

He's about to put this team on his back and carry us offensively the rest of the way. He will hit over .400 from here on out, and he will hit several more moon shots. Enough that people are excited for his return next year. Frazier continues to be solid. Casey is warming up. Fullerton is scorching the ball right at people. Stark is getting closer to getting going. Norris looks to be feeling better.

Our run production is about to pick up quite a bit for the last 3-5weeks, IMO...

that's not just wishful thinking.<div>
</div><div>But yes, Hunter did well this weekend and I have been waiting on that, too. I wish we'd hit Casey more, sometimes. I wished we'd started Fullerton Sun.</div><div>
</div><div>We shall see. We just need a few guys to get going here and we should be set.

right at 3b too hot to handle... given a hit(questionable) on it

Then Norris misses a fastball strike(a HUGE baseball no-no) on the hit and run and got him hosed...
