Always nice to see former players recognized. I don't know if there is another school with three successive Hall of Fame coaches.

I believe Georgia Tech was the only school with three successive coaches with 100+ wins (at that school). I thought Frankie/Nebraska would be the second.

It's good to see people like Frank recognized. He was a great fullback for his size and a darn good assistant coach (how many all-conference backs did he coach and recruit?). He won a lot of games, made a national championship game, half of his recruiting classes at Nebraska were in the top ten, and he has done well at Ohio as the article details.

Congrats to him. He was my Driver's Ed teacher in 1976 .

I loved Solich being a Husker. He got screwed in his dismissal here, but that is for another topic.
