and this sports year has to be up there when it comes to just being one of the worst years since then, and I bet it continues unless Jan’s can win a couple in the tourney. I really look forward to baseball bc I love the sport, and I love the university. That said I hope we 17ing tank and don’t win another damn game so we can get ride of Lenonis sorry ***. I wish we had someone that’d chew these boys asses out bc that’s what we need. And why are so many of these top 10 classes we’ve signed just suck *** so bad. If it weren’t for these transfers from small schools we would be 0 and 39. I dont know what to say about football I just quit watching it, it was so bad. We suck worse than 17ing a Croom team and are not getting better. Basically a farm team now. Basketball disappointed goin from a damn 5 seed to and 8 with 5 or six weeks left in the season. And of course ole miss getting a better seed and almost making the elite 8 made our season seem like a complete bust. How long do y’all think it’s gonna be this bad? We don’t have money to do any better and probably never will. I think we better get used to this, and I just could never pull for another team, but this **** is gonna get old fast. It’s just so disappointing that they are letting this nil and TP **** ruin some schools.

I’ve been a Bulldog since I was born. I’ve seen some bad football and some great basketball. I never thought Lemonis could sink this low when we hired him though. How long will it be this bad for MSU? Probably forever and most certainly as long as NIL is around.

Oh there have been MUCH worse years. My MSU conversion happened in 1974, although I was really born into it. Now for the sports: football sucked…but that was to be expected in the aftermath of the Leech mistake. Some of us tried to tell you what would happen in his aftermath, BEFORE we hired him, you wouldn‘t listen. Even people like me hoped he would be around long enough to give us a decent run before the inevitable happened. It turns out the timing of Leech and its end was about as bad as it could have possibly been, THAT may turn out to be THE biggest mistake in MSU athletics history. Basketball was well above our average season. If you think basketball was a disaster you need to move on to a blue blood. Baseball…who really cares. It’s the epitome of GOAT’s niche crap. College Baseball is a minor regional sport. It’s about on the level of college hockey.
