One New Year's Day bowl or later for the PAC 10? Congrats on the Emerald Bowl victory et. al. The PAC 10 season is over after the USC game and the SEC still has 3 more games to play...not counting Georgia's win today.

Now he is trying to get the AP voters to vote for them over the winner of the national title game. They didn't play any damn body!

I could not have said it better. Brent is the absolute worst. About 7-8 years ago he ALMOST underwent involuntary retirement. That would have been great. We can only hope.

if the SEC/PAC-10 had at least one bowl tie-in. I think the SEC has one too many with the Big 10, who was less than stellar this bowl season. Maybe the Citrus Bowl could drop the Big 10.

My favorite Musberger comment from the first half was when the Penn St. QB ran for a TD and Musberger said that John Elway couldn't have done it any better. Really? You're seriously comparing a decent college QB to one of the best QBs to ever play the game?</p>

It's an underrated conference. Oregon is definitely better than 2 or 3 teams that did make it to a BCS bowl (VA Tech, Cincinnati, and maybe Ohio St.).

I hear he has a date to give Mark the old" Dirty Sanchez" after the game.

The SEC should tell the Chick-fil-A Bowl to go 17 itself and send a team to another bowl instead. The CFA Bowl pays the ACC $3.25M and the SEC only $2.4M. They supposedly justify this because the ACC sends its #2 team, while the SEC sends only its #5 team. Hey ********, the SEC #5 is 3-0 against the ACC #2 since the current selections have been in place!
