Since no mention has been made regarding the jumbotron, that we will have to endure another year of terrible speakers, video board and pregame shows.

Or, am i wrong?

Please tell me i am wrong.</p>

I would be shocked if it's this year.

Delay to '10 wouldn't surprise me.

Some stuff I've read implied a mid-season installation might be possible. Hell, why not if its doable..

he's still the 2nd lowest paid coach in the conference. $1.7M is what the market will bear for a below average SEC football coach. There are rumors that he's close to signing a good marketing deal for us and rumors that he's cleaned some house within the athletic dept, including the ticket office. Not to mention that Bulldog Club membership has grown by 25% in the 2 years he's been at MSU. While the jury is clearly still out on him, so far he's done pretty much everything that could possibly be expected of him. So if he says there's a chance of having a jumbotron by late this season, I believe him.

1. Increasing Bulldog Club membership;
2. Entering into a new media contract;
3. Increasing the baseball recruiting budget;
4. Waiting to move forward on a jumbotron so that we do it right;
5. Developing a master plan for athletic facilities (the end of the Foil Wyatt regime? we can only hope)
6. Hiring the best available baseball coach in the face of an extremely difficult situation;
7. Reaching out to alumni of all shapes and sizes;
8. Addressing our football and basketball coaches' contracts;
9. Kickstarting the drive for a basketball practice facility;
10. Increasing the athletic budget....

all in a matter of months, does make an athletic director.

Im wooly and there is reason to be.
