He will have to can all or most of his staff to stay around, good luck getting anyone that is not desperate to hang on to take a gig like that. How is anyone with a one year contract going to get any kid with top talent tosign in Pollard's case, orto commit. And would you take you family into a situation that is more than likely a one year deal then your gone, I would not. You seem to hang you hat on Pollard coming to State, think about this. His family has no allegiance to MSU other than Stans has been after him since the 8th grade.Now Stans has a 1 year deal. Meanwhile Anthony Grant has mulit years and is in the tourny. Also the Drummondshave more coal that we have hot dogs and furniture put togeather. If the young man was so devoted to Stans then he would have signed in the fall.

Unless Rick sees the writing on the wall, and because he loves the school decides to negotiate his buy down, or over a very extended period of time, I see somewhere between 1.3 to 3.0 million dollars of "value" by letting coach Stansbury play out his remaining contract.<div>
