Henson lit up Kodi on the boards and everywhere else? Henson had 10
points in the first half and got two more off Kodi in the first few
minutes of the second half. With Phil Turner at 6-3 on the 6-10 Henson,
he got no more points after that. Amazing what a little effort can do
for someone. That is why Kodi sat the second half.

Both got owned all the time on defense, and both took some dumbass shots. I'm still confused how one player (Turner) can get so bad over the period of one year.

I thought Turner played hard on defense but he's playing a super athletic 6'10 guy - and I don't think he scored the last 15 minutes of the game.

But on offense Turner's shot selection was horrible. During those last four minutes he took two horrible shots in a row, which of course is a staple of this team.

Varnado only played 10 minutes in the 1st half and Kodi played alot at the 5 while Turner played the 4

Yeah, that stretch we just got destroyed inside for about a 3 minute period no matter who was guarding. I just know that 31 didn't score the final 10 minutes and Turner was on him. At times on rebounds UNC's size just made the difference.

Playing Turner at the 4 long-term just isn't a good idea. But Kodi just doesn't put the effort on the man-to-man D. He off-side rebounds ok but still needs some on the ball-work. I still thought we should have played Kodi a little more in the 2nd half just b/c he's so much bigger and neither was playing great on offense
