I do not like hypotheticals, but if coach Leach,

No reply I see.
You predicting the future of a Leach coached team ? No thanks, I’m afraid you are biased. I was here on this board the night Leach beat the piss out of Ole Miss and you were crying like a beech. You hated Leach more than you celebrated a win over Ole Miss.

leach Put fear in Texas, ou, a and m and OSU back when the big 12 south was the toughest division in the country.. he did it with 2 and 3 star players as tech was a small program that was very hard to recruit to. He was a damn good coach. He took a 9-40 wsu program the smallest poorest school in p5 to 11-2 and beat the snot out of Oregon and USC.

We have a segment of our fan base that is dumber than dirt. There were weekly polls on Genes page begging to fire Leach in 2022 when the team was 5-1 on its way to the fourth best season in school history. You reap what you sow.
Leach is dead. He left our defense with no talent at all. A few were pointing that out BEFORE he died. Think about that. We were defensive tackle U and we had NOTHING on the defensive line. Mike Leach destroyed what recruiting connections we had, traditional ones. IF he HAD developed any, they did not survive him. I do not expect to live to see MSU football recover, if it ever does. That hire destroyed MSU football for the foreseeable future. You got your wish. I expect you are actually very happy with it.

lol, again I wouldn’t trust your future predictions for Leach as far as I could throw it. You were angry and upset leach beat Ole Miss in the egg bowl in 2022. You have an irrational hatred of Leach for some reason. I don’t have any regard for your opinion on the matter.

As I have said, you are a LIAR about that, a complete and TOTAL liar. Why don’t you go back to Oxford where you belong, LIAR. There are people here who actually know me. You sir, are a LIAR.

As I have said, you are a bald faced liar. Anyone that actually knows me knows I would never cry about us beating the Confederates. You sir, are a LIAR.
I distinctly remember it because I thought the post was from the lawyer from Jackson who posts on Genes, because your handle is L4Dawg. I’m done on this but we both know the truth and you could find it in the archives if you haven’t erased it out of shame, I don’t really care-you can detest any coach you want, but it demonstrates your irrational bias.

I am happy with it. That was the most fun 3-year stretch I've ever had as an MSU fan. I was devasted when he died and I still am, but at least I'll get to have those memories for the rest of my life.

It's too bad we made a terrible knee-jerk hire to follow him, and it looks like we may have done another one of those right after that, but hopefully that will not turn out to be the case.

It's funny to imagine what you're like in real life. Some type of cross between that goofy coach on Dazed and Confused and Barney Fife.

Saban laughed at everybody, because he simply had better players. And last time I checked, Saban’s biggest advantage was somewhat nullified so his machine was going to cease to exist in that current state.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is why nicky satan retired.

Your memory is faulty. Either that or you are a liar.

Most of it, yes, plus his age. He'd have still been good, but his domination was ending.

NIL/portal more than anything has caused parity at the top, among the blue bloods. There may be some separation between them and the others, at least as far as money, but they are going to continually hobble each other, which will prevent a dominating stretch like Saban gave us. We'll likely never see that again. He was just a combination of a great coach who had mastered the old college recrootin system, which was somewhat controlled.

It's no longer controlled to say the least.
