Ball carrier then breaks a tackle in the endzone, but then the next Arkansas guy tackles him. Safety is the right call given that they didn't blow a whistle when forward progress was stopped.

After they guy breaks a tackle in the endzone - if he had not been immediately tackled but instead ran for 10 yards I bet nobody would complain about the forward progress non-whistle.

Under those circumstances at least. The guy totally disengaged with the defender so the forward progress was completely off at that point<div>

I completely agree that it was the right call with the circumstances. I do however think that the whistle should have been blown prior to him breaking the tackle in the endzone. That is what i don't agree with. On the other hand it couldn't happen to a better bunch.

after being hit by the first defender it would have been spotted at the one or two. So technically he should have just gone down in the endzone to AVOID a safety. Weird.
