I don't blame Auburn fans for their attitude

I have been thinking a lot about this.

+90% of Auburn fans have no idea of the actual facts of cam's recruitment at Auburn. The fact is I don't either and few here do. What we know is that his dad asked for money for Cam to come to MSU and we said no. That certainly points a finger at UA (why would he only want money from MSU and no one else), but proves nothing. We say Cam said, "Sorry, the money was too great" butunless we have proof (as a tape) that he said it, what we believemeans absolutely nothing to an AU fan. Sadly, without some proof what we believewill also mean little to the NCAA, and that is what AU fans see at the moment. They like the guy. They support him. He is a Tiger/eagle/redhead stepchild of UAT. That is all they know and think and believe.

Cam's dad? Well, heis a turd. We know that. Ask any Bulldog fan and they will tell you that he is dogshit or worse. However, the mainthingAU fansknow is thathe is the father of their best player and they owe him their loyalty and support. I expect most of them to dismiss his actions as making MSU pay if Cam were to choose a "lesser school". I look at MSU the same way they look at AU. Evidence of this? I was quick to forgive Jacky when he cut the bull's nuts that afternoon in an "animal husbandry teaching session to his team" way back when.

I admire AU fan support of their player and their school. It is what I woudl expect of Dawg fans if the situation were reversed. I admire them in their hatred of MSU for all of this, because the most honest thing I can say is that I hate them for all of this happening. The honest thing is that I sincerely hope that GA knocks Cam on his butt every play and that by the second half, he is running for his life every play and ending up on his butt with some huge GA lineman twisting his knees sideways as he takes him down. I hope that his knees are still throbbing in two weeks when he has to face Alabama and that they knock him on his butt every play, just like GA. I hope AU loses against GA by two touchdowns and by three against Alabama.

Other than those sentiments, I support AU fan support of Cam and his daddy.

Today? Go GA Dawgs!

In two weeks? Go Bama.

Oh by the way. I fully expect Cam to eventually admit that he knew what went down at MSU and AU. I fully expect for the truth about AU payments to Cam to come out (I figure the number is $200,000). I just don't know when that will happen.

but I don't blame them for sticking by Cam. Hell, I'm sticking by Cam too. I honestly would hate for him to be punished for his fathers actions. He is the best player in college football and deserves that Heisman Trophy. I'm always liked Auburn but they let their inferiority complex about Bama affect how they reacted to MSU in this case and I don't forgive them for that. Best case scenario for me is Cam get's the Heisman goes to the NFL and makes millions while Auburn get's probation. Screw 'em.

I would blame them for turning MSU in to NCAA.

And (IMHO) we have a similar thing about OM. Evidence? I never cheer for OM, regardless of who they are playing against that week. Call me flawed in character. My friends do it all the time.

if Ole Miss were in MSU's current position and MSU in Auburn's, the State faithful would be going absolutely nuts.

your character (in this instance) is not flawed in the least...

that while Jackie taking his team over to a castration session going on at the animal husbandry building might be considered poor judgement its not a violation of NCAA rules.

Exactly what was there to forgive. Care to explain.
