and he wasn't really great, just a great leader and they won the Super Bowl. Bears management can pick good players at any position except QB and it has been that way forever.

At Vandy, he was chased like a MF. I was very impressed with him at that time. He was a hell of a college QB.
That's what is so amazing about him getting to the NFL,( that he made it from Vandy).
