he needs to shake up his coaching staff. I know Greg Carter was let go by Stans and I'm not sure he needs to keep the same staff together. In doing this it pretty much lets everyone know he isn't happen and is willing to make a change for the betterment of the program. His come a long way in 11 years but maybe we are stuck in neutral and we need a job start with new assistants who would bring new ideas.
I like Stans and I think he does a decent job, not sure a new coach would do any better than what he has done. All but the final 4, he has done better than RW, in saying this, Stans has had a easier road to travel compared to what Richard had to work with. You guys just don't know, other than Babe (our best basketball coach), Williams and Stans we haven't had much success in basketball.
As for as Msu having money to buy Stans out, don't believe it, oh it could be done but it is for down the list, the basketball practice facility is just now coming into play and it wasn't easy getting the money to make this happen.
