we both know that while LSU was close late, the score was deceptive... alabama was clearly the better team...
same could be said for the AU game....
nonetheless, Bama was fortunate to go undefeated, no doubt....

with 10 minutes left in the game- Alabama was losing to LSU and Peterson had Julio on lockdown...Bama had the ball on its own 27 down 15-13...it's doesnt take a brain surgeon to realize if Peterson stays in- Jones doesnt take that ball 73 yards for a TD...Bama would have had to drive to get points instead and who knows what may have happened...
But thats why you play the games. I've never said I thought LSU is as good as Alabama. But they dont have to be to beat them in Tiger Stadium. We arent as good as Auburn, even if Berry had caught that pass the other night and we somehow pulled it out- Auburn is a better football team.

picking upsets is no exact science...I just think it's delusional to think it's an automatic win for Bama when all 3 games have been a battle to the end- and now that LSU gets an extra week to prepare, that damn sure doesnt hurt their cause
