tomorrow. Futurecast radar shows rain all afternoon tomorrow in Starkville. Doesn't show it moving out til early evening. We might be able to squeeze one game in but two is gonna be extremely hard to do.

I just looked at that link, and it shows the rain moving out now and no more rain through Sunday. Am I the only one seeing that? Are you sure you're looking at the right thing? I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm just not seeing any sites that show rain in the forecast in Starkville for tonight or tomorrow.

Well.....I'm in that boat. Still, we should be in good shape. Some of the lighter soils in the delta dry out pretty quick and we're not too late as far as getting in beans and cotton.

The heavy clay soil in the Huntsville area is much slower drying out. We had about 6" 10 days ago and it's still saturated. Now, we've had more than another half inch and it's still raining ... might get the 1-2" here before it's over.

I don't now when it's too late to plant here but I don't see how they can even get in the fields now. But I'm not a farmer so I don't really know. We've had lots of rain this spring. Probably won't get any this summer.
