OP is spot on. There have been many āfansā who have been rooting for losses because they think it will usher out Pope faster. Iāve had my go with several of them this season and I have never been a Pope guy. One guy even argues to me that winning does not matter to him one bit at this point and we should all root for losses for the betterment of the program. I donāt recall all the usernames either because Iām not that big of a dork.
I fully support threads like this because I believe the worst among us deserve to eat **** when itās the appropriate time. I love to see two things, my cats win and crappy people get their come up ins.

Iām not sticking up for anyone. My point is I donāt really see anyone rooting against the team. I see everyone happy for the win. I may have seen like a thread six weeks ago where it was being brought up we should lose. Iāve seen a couple ****** fans out of the thousands. Just call out the shi tty posters. I mean, if a rival fan came here saying they want the cats to lose we would all rip them apart. But if one of our own does we are expected to put our heads in the sand and pretend it didnāt happen? Nah nah. Thats way worse. Thats treasonous behavior and it should be dealt with in a harsher manner.
I support this thread. We donāt need them every day and we donāt need multiple. But a thread like this has a place.
It is true. There was a poster who said he wasn't surprised that we won, because Arkansas had been blown out by subpar opponents in our disappointing season.
My mind hasnāt changed about Popeā¦heās not the right man for the job. Too many games with team unprepared and then thereās the recruiting. Now Iām going to enjoy this victory
