These legal "experts" say there is little chance of prosecution because it wasn't against the law to run a homegrown server. They don't bring up that she knowingly used an unsecure Blackberry, even in China where they're fairly certain it was hacked, and they(Clinton and her aides) knowingly copy/pasted secure documents onto a non-secure fax machine, and probably email also. That Blumenthal had top security docs from the NSA emailed to Clinton within 24 hours of the event, when his role is civilian, and that security markings don't matter, SoS is supposed to know what is classified and what isn't, especially when she creates it.
