I fully admit that I was wrong about Croom...

...The man is incompetent. He is not capable. He needs to go. Period. I apologize for the bandwidth I wasted defending him.

At least they sacked up and gave Auburn somewhat of a scare. They took a brand new quarterback, using a system that has been in place since March, and produced yardage and points in the 4th quarter against this Auburn defense that our sheep have branded the '85 Bears. F U CROOMS F U CARROLL and F U Byrne if you don't fire this stupid *** incompetent coach at the end of the season or before.

I agree. It was clear to everybody that defense was going to have to win this game and his insistence on going for it on 4th down TWICE clearly did not put his team in a position to win. I wish there was some way his players could hold him accountable.

You can't blame the D at all. They held this team to 3 points and that's all you can ask for. I said before the season started that you can't bail out our pathetic offense with defensive points, and it is unrealistic to place that burden on the defense. No DC in college football goes into the season thinking that their defense is going to get them 6-8 TDS by themselves. Crooms was hired (not because he was black, snicker snicker) because he was an NFL offensive coach. He is in his third game of YEAR FIVE and there has been ZERO improvment since day one. Sure, we may be more talented overall, but the result on the field is EXACTLY the same, if not worse. Sorry, but the man has got to go and if he had any pride at all, he would put his coaching career out of it's misery right now and resign.

... Is for Byrne to put pressure on Croom to replace McCorvey and Croom bows up and resigns. And say goodbye to any offensive recruits that witnessed that unbelievable display. I am absolutely speechless. Our oline is garbage. We had one second caliber player on offense tonight and he was a transfer from tulane.

4th and 15 in the 4th, MSU D, MSU punter, 3+ on the clock = go for it?

Yeah, I try that in a video game.

no way.....he also believes that he could accomplish anything because the Bear told him so. Perseverance is one thing but stupidity trumps it.

I can't make him a coach. Before this season, I could always find a way to excuse it or forgive it. He would always do just enough. Now, there are no excuses. Year 5 and two things are constant: our offensive output is very poor, whether it is scheme, playcalling or personnel, and Croom's in game decision making is awful. We are 1-2, heading for a season of hell (barring a miracle next week), and we lost both of those games because of piss poor coaching.
