I love when politicians waste public resources, time, and money to troll. Why? Because they know voters are stupid enough to re-elect them.
So, a black Mississippi democratic senator uses his office to waste time pointing out that, his own state, (whose per-capita STD, infant mortality, and black abortion rates are the highest in the nation) is hypocriticaly penalizing women over abortion?
By this logic, menstruating women will fined 10k within 3 months and then jailed.

It's outlandish but any discussion about abortion needs to include the one who initiated it (almost always the boy/dog in the night/man). I don't think there are any more virgin pregnancies happening lately unless I missed something.

That’s pretty much the point. Oklahoma, for example, has a bill up that would effectively criminalize IUDs. Several states have either laws on the books or proposed bills that would criminalize Plan B.
It’s a stunt, but it’s getting some attention.

The article even states it's intended to highlight a double standard.
Abortion laws don’t tell women what to do with their bodies. It tells them what they can’t do to their unborn babies’ bodies.
It’s not just about abortion. It’s about laws that dictate what women can and can’t do with their bodies including abortion but also things like basic gynecological care.
Man, Mississippi is going to be a really tough sell if you can't whack off. Oh dear Lord, reading it again you can't pull out either...
