I guess coach will blame Stans for missed laups, and dunks

This team does nothing but either try to dribble thru traffic or throw one up from 3 point land.

...& this team's collective head was somewhere else today.

Today they played like they don't give a **** anymore, & that attitude rests squarely on Stansbury.

At this rate, they aren't even going to make the NIT (not that they give a damn about any type of post season play at this juncture).

We gave up 36 points in the paint to another team playing a 4 guard lineup, and they aren't the ones with a 6'9" center. You are blind if you can't see the problem with this team. The only time we even attacked the paint all night were either Bost, Turner, or Stewart trying to dribble thru 3 people in the lane and throwing the ball off the board. Stains runs no sets to get us any looks inside other than dumping it into Varnado. When was the last time you've seen this team execute an ally-oop or a backdoor cut? We run motion for 30 seconds with 4 guys standing outside the 3 point line and then end up settling for a 3 point shot from one of those 4 guys. That's 90% of our offense and it's pathetic. Even with playing a 4 guard lineup, there's no reason this team needs to be throwing up 30 threes a night other than the fact that our "coach" can't get them looks any other way.

We ran a great backdoor cut and Barry blew the layup. Now before we start saying we don't go inside, we tried to play a bigger unit today for a long time and they played just like they did in the preseason schedule. Osby, Bailey, Brian, and Augustus gave us nothing. I would agree with all you fools if I had not seen us score plenty in the past with a better inside presence, but this group can't do it. Now, I knew Coach would come out firing because he actually got to see it today, live and in person, but he has been screaming all year about us not playing the bigs but it is easy to see why we don't play them, they suck.. Bailey has the worst hands I've ever seen and is good for at least two dumb fouls a game. I'll admit that the best two teams in the league right now are probably LSU and Auburn and they have the most experience, but I am also disappointed that some of our kids have not gotten better. I predicted 9-7 when the year started but that looks out of reach now. I still think if we fire Stans this year, we are idiots because if he has a great year next year some of you will disappear. I will say this, if he doesn't have a great year next year, then it may be time to do something, but we are about where we were picked at the beginning of the year and someone was smarter than most of us.

period. I like Stans but this team fell apart. He will have next year or two to turn it around.

if our players can't hit layups, dunks, and free throws; then Stans either needs to recruit better players or do a better job coaching them. The bottom line is what it is and when you've been at a school for 4 years or more, it's your responsibility.

I think it is pretty obvious, Bost can pass the ball and just about nobody else can. It is clear, Barry is a decent defensive player and if he doesn't score, then he hurts us. None of the others can pass and I think that is why teams force us to play the way we do and if the three doesn't drop, we are toast. I am in the minority but I know Stans knows it as well and I hope he can remedy it quickly because next year is do or die.

Did you see the game? It is so obvious that we are not a well coached team and we never have been. Why do you think talent like Hansborough (sp?) go elsewhere to improve their skills?

It's so obvious that Stans needs to go that I think it's time for all the hardcore Stans supporters to switch to the other board. This division will happen anyway and I think this game would be a good reason to go ahead and make the division known. Byrne is watching and I got full trust in him to make the proper decision.
